The Frederick Marching Cadets Football Game

On October the 3rd 2025, the Frederick Cadets marching band had a magnificent performance during the football game between the Frederick Cadets and Linganore Lancers. The band’s day started off at the band room at 4:30PM, getting ready to head to the field. At 5:50PM they moved outside to line up for the performance and began marching to the station with the lead of the drumline. When they arrived at the field, they took their seats and the FHS choir sang the national anthem. Around 6:30PM was the kickoff for the football game, and from then on the Cadets marching band began playing their stand tunes. At halftime, the band got out of their seats to go to the field to play their 2025 show HEX. HEX is a show telling the story of a coven of witches getting stripped of their powers by the village and their fight to gain power back. After beautifully playing their show and receiving much applause, the band members returned to the stands. Soon after the game ended and the band marched back to the band room ending their night.
